Connective Clarity

Clear communication. Authentic connection. Successful creation.

My focus: (Self)Leadership & Communication: make the choices that help you to have the impact that you want to have, instead of feeling as if you are mainly determined by external factors.

My expertise: coaching people who are so passionate about their job that they (risk to) lose themselves in it.

Our location

Domain Equoia is an enchanting place that covers about 6 hectares.

You can work with the horses all year round: when the weather is good you work in the outdoor arena of 30 by 70 meters. When it is too wet, too dry, too cold or too hot, you work in the indoor arena of 20 by 40 meters. In the farm we have a splendid workshop room for groups up to 20 people.

Our horses

11 horses live at domain Equoia

The horses are a colourful mixture of Friesian horses, Irish cobs, Fjord horses, a Haflinger and a giant rig horse, each and every one of them having its own personality. What they have in common is that they all are genuinely ‘horse’, with a wonderful and safe mixture of peace and alertness. The horses live in circumstances that are as natural as possible: they are kept in groups and are outside 24 hours a day on large paddocks with a shelter. Their main feed is hay and in summer, autumn and winter they have access to the meadows during the day.
