IAHAIO is the research-based International Association for Human-Animal Interaction Organizations.<\/p>\n

In my workshop I explain my view on coaching with the support of horses: to me, it is important to be a trained coach, as well as trained in working with horses in a respectful way, based on sound knowledge of what horses need by nature. I think this is the only way to be able to guarantee the well-being of both coaches and horse.<\/p>\n

I don’t regard horses in coachings to be a ‘mirror’, I see them as catalysts: by being who they are, and by doing what they do, horses invite people to explore what they as humans can do to tackle their challenges.<\/p>\n

\n\u2022 there\u2019s no right or wrong: everything is information, an endless pallet of options. Your choices make it your unique creation of your reality\u2026<\/p>\n

You don\u2019t always choose what you find on your path, you do have a choice in how you deal with it\u2026 For horses, making choices is a solution focused act of creation\u2026 Imagine what difference this way of looking at \u2018choosing\u2019 could make!<\/p>\n
