If in nature they were to flee every time they saw a predator, they would waste a lot of energy. After all, not all predators hunt every day. Before they act, horses explore (\u201cInteresting!\u201d) what action is required.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-1568 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.equoia.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/interessant-165x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"165\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.equoia.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/interessant-165x300.jpg 165w, https:\/\/www.equoia.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/interessant.jpg 361w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 165px) 100vw, 165px\" \/>For people, the mindset, \u201cInteresting!\u201d is an antidote to reacting automatically from their \u2018layer\u2019 of judgements, interpretations, emotions, assumptions, and scenarios.<\/p>\n<p>The mindset of, \u201cInteresting!\u201d helps you to think, \u201cThat is different\u201d instead of, \u201cThat is right or wrong\u201d?
